Purbloc Surface Coating contains a patented EPA registered, antimicrobial that is residue-free and non-leaching. The patented active is safe, non-toxic, FDA and NSF 51 approved.
The patented additive is proven effective against enveloped viruses, including pathogenic microorganisms on porous and non-porous surfaces for up to 30 days.
The coatings method of antimicrobial inactivation of pathogens is through a mechanical process, when in contact with pathogens produces cellular wall disruption. The wall is broken / ruptured / killed. No transfer of chemical or chemical residue occurs. The film is not depleted and remains active on the treated surface.
